Small front porch to set chairs on and watch the ocean and sunsets… sit on and enjoy the crash of the waves. Clear view of the island of Cerro Gordo.

Private one bedroom cottage is yours, secluded area of the grounds.Very close to wading pool next to the ocean, blocked by a coral reef. Fun to sneak down there in the night time and relax in the warm atlantic water, 12 months out of the year.

The cottage is mostly a bed to sit upon, chairs to set up and sit in on the front porch, and a kitchen to prepare food in. Very simple small abode and hideaway. Does have larger walkin closet with window, so child mattress possible for one child to sleep upon.

Tropical, Beachfront, Stunning views, Palm trees abound, 2 mile private nature walk along public beach.All areas are just for guests. No guests of guests permitted. Grounds are ~4 acres, predominatly filled with tropical trees and plants, and agriculture only planted of fruits, vegetables and medicinal and utility oriented farming crops. Well irrigated and pathed.There are other cottages on the property if you wanted to rent them as well with another couple. But we do not want other cars driving on the property or small parties or other gatherings at the cottage or grounds themselves. We want it to be a simple get away for a couple.

If you park outside the property you can get a ticket. The beach itself is public and gets some visitors but generally fairly tranquil. We attempt to maintain the tranquility and do not want loud music or things that will disturb others on the property or the neighborhood. It is a quiet setting for everyone to relax and reconnect, to nature and themselves.

There is a locked dividing door which seperates a master suite that is located next door. Some people desire to rent this as well, creating a 3 bedroom 3 bath home. Two bedroom home – separate Master Bedroom apartment with bolted door – which can be added to make it a 3 bedroom place or as kept separate apartment. Ocean is viewable from the apartment like all rooms on the grounds, but not directly to the front or side. Only villa with a king size bed.Complete 2 bedroom 2 bath villa, sizeable kitchen and wonderful family room to watch movies and gather in.

Large interconnnected hallway that goes to locked wooden door to Master Suite which is a separate apartment with kitchen – rentable separately. Sizeable family room area, spacious and connects to kitch and nice kitchen bar that seats 4 for dinner. The Master Bedroom is blocked off from the rest of the house with bolted wooden door. Those who want can also rent the other 2 bedrooms of an attached house or remain completely separate villa. Own bathroom and kitchen…spacious and views of the outdoors, 270 degrees.
