One bedroom and bathroom indoors, but a nice porch of about 3 to 5 feet surrounds the entire room where you can walk 270 degrees and sit and enjoy nature and a beautiful view of the ocean and the isle of Cerro Gordo.Tropical, Beachfront, Stunning views, Palm trees abound, 2 mile private nature walk along public beach.Beach access, small porch 270 degrees around room. All areas are just for guests. No guests of guests permitted. Grounds are ~4 acres, predominatly filled with tropical trees and plants, and agriculture only planted of fruits, vegetables and medicinal and utility oriented farming crops. Well irrigated and pathed.

The property is located in the neighborhood of Cerro Gordo, Vega Alta. It’s a quiet neighborhood of narrow streets with no parking outside of the property. If you park outside the property you can get a ticket. The beach itself is public and gets some visitors but generally fairly tranquil. We attempt to maintain the tranquility and do not want loud music or things that will disturb others on the property or the neighborhood. It is a quiet setting for everyone to relax and reconnect, to nature and themselves.
