The Master Bedroom is blocked off from the rest of the house with bolted wooden door. Those who want can also rent the other 2 bedrooms of an attached house or remain completely separate villa. Own bathroom and kitchen…spacious and views of the outdoors, 270 degrees.

One Master bedroom with a shower that has an indoor and outdoor shower, with a door to the outside one – and the outside one is protected by a 6 foot wall so no one can see inside. Room has a small table, a leather lazy boy chair to relax in and watch movies – and a small kitchen for cooking dinner with basic cooking amenities. There is a large wooden door between the master bedroom and rest of the house with a key lock so no one can exit or enter via that door unless someone rent boths this Master Bedroom apartment and the other 2 bedroom house. Fully separate places, which can be brought together when available.

The property is located in the neighborhood of Cerro Gordo, Vega Alta. It’s a quiet neighborhood of narrow streets with no parking outside of the property. If you park outside the property you can get a ticket. The beach itself is public and gets some visitors but generally fairly tranquil. We attempt to maintain the tranquility and do not want loud music or things that will disturb others on the property or the neighborhood. It is a quiet setting for everyone to relax and reconnect, to nature and themselves.
