Located on a private estate adjacent to a beautiful secluded beach with two natural wading pools, a mile of clean sand, undeveloped lands to the west and the Atlantic ocean to the north it is truly a piece of paradise on the beautiful Island of Puerto Rico.Bedroom villa with elegant bathroom and shower. Small front porch to set chairs on and watch the ocean and sunsets… sit on and enjoy the crash of the waves. Clear view of the island of Cerro Gordo.

Private one bedroom cottage is yours, secluded area of the grounds.Very close to wading pool next to the ocean, blocked by a coral reef. Fun to sneak down there in the night time and relax in the warm atlantic water, 12 months out of the year.

The cottage is mostly a bed to sit upon, chairs to set up and sit in on the front porch, and a kitchen to prepare food in. Very simple small abode and hideaway. Does have larger walkin closet with window, so child mattress possible for one child to sleep upon.

Tropical, Beachfront, Stunning views, Palm trees abound, 2 mile private nature walk along public beach.All areas are just for guests. No guests of guests permitted. Grounds are ~4 acres, predominatly filled with tropical trees and plants, and agriculture only planted of fruits, vegetables and medicinal and utility oriented farming crops. Well irrigated and pathed.There are other cottages on the property if you wanted to rent them as well with another couple. But we do not want other cars driving on the property or small parties or other gatherings at the cottage or grounds themselves. We want it to be a simple get away for a couple.
