Closed off and air conditioners in rooms.Entire home with yard and parking.Tropical, Beach access through ashram gardens, views of gardens, Palm trees abound, 2 mile private nature walk along public beach. All areas are just for guests. No guests of guests permitted. Grounds are ~4 acres, predominatly filled with tropical trees and plants, and agriculture only planted of fruits, vegetables and medicinal and utility oriented farming crops. The property is located in the neighborhood of Cerro Gordo, Vega Alta. It’s a quiet neighborhood of narrow streets with no parking outside of the property. If you park outside the property you can get a ticket. The beach itself is public and gets some visitors but generally fairly tranquil. We attempt to maintain the tranquility and do not want loud music or things that will disturb others on the property or the neighborhood. It is a quiet setting for everyone to relax and reconnect, to nature and themselves.
