There is a locked dividing door which seperates a master suite that is located next door. Some people desire to rent this as well, creating a 3 bedroom 3 bath home. Two bedroom home – separate Master Bedroom apartment with bolted door – which can be added to make it a 3 bedroom place or as kept separate apartment. Ocean is viewable from the apartment like all rooms on the grounds, but not directly to the front or side. The property is located in the neighborhood of Cerro Gordo, Vega Alta. It’s a quiet neighborhood of narrow streets with no parking outside of the property. If you park outside the property you can get a ticket. The beach itself is public and gets some visitors but generally fairly tranquil. We attempt to maintain the tranquility and do not want loud music or things that will disturb others on the property or the neighborhood. It is a quiet setting for everyone to relax and reconnect, to nature and themselves.
